AYVAKIT | Target The Source of ISM

AYVAKIT is the only FDA-approved treatment for adults with indolent systemic mastocytosis (ISM). The Target the Source campaign highlights how AYVAKIT works differently—showcasing how the once-daily pill targets the source of the disease so patients can experience multi-symptom relief for ISM.

To help patients understand how AYVAKIT works, I created the “Body Factory” concept, bringing to life how ISM impacts patients both inside and outside the body through CGI and live-action footage.

Crafted concept, wrote script, and guided pre- and post-production streams including casting, animation house selection, voice talent, music, and final edit.

The ISM journey is long, and it takes a series of moments, big and small, for patients to realize they need to make a change. This video content series details the everyday lives of AYVAKIT patients, focusing on the events that inspired them to change course in their treatment plan.
